The circumstances of the present world oblige, without delay, to reconsider the theme of education in Mexico. Now that our country opens more and more to foreign trade, it is necessary to have an education that guarantees professional qualification and that trains the individual to face the challenges of the international context. This time requires increased competitiveness and total quality. To obtain it, educational institutions should attempt to have study plans and programs that promote and develop habits of responsibility, punctual fulfillment, and excellence in workmanship in the students. It is also needed that practical training is adequately linked to actual labor demand. |
